Learn to make classic cocktails with Vernons Speakeasy and our Bar Manager Joshua Morey. Our bar classes; Beginner, Intermediate and Expert are designed to build upon each other and help you further your cocktail and drink knowledge all while having fun. June 6th will be our Beginner course for the month. Beginner Course is $85 per person and will include Vernon’s branded cocktail tools that you get to keep and (Hopefully) put to use, three classic cocktails, light hors d’oeuvres, the class itself and most importantly lots of shaken drinks! “The Beach Cruiser” an original cocktail that is an homage to the father of Tiki cocktails, Donn Beachcomber. Reposado Tequila, Aperol, House Made Orgeat Syrup*, Lime Juice, Orange Bitters and Fresh Mint.
