Pearl Jam
Four Pillars Rare Gin, Green Chartreuse, Lime Juice, Tonic Water, Encapsulated Lemon Pearls, Sour Apple Sugar Rim

Recipe
2 ounces Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
1/2 ounce green Chartreuse liqueur
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
4 ounces tonic water
Splash of butterfly pea flower water
Sour apple sugar rim
Encapsulated lemon pearls, for garnish
Rub rim of a highball glass with a lime wedge. Dip into sour apple sugar. Place a large rock of ice and one tablespoon of encapsulated lemon pearls into glass. Shake gin, liqueur, lime juice, and syrup with ice, then pour into glass. Top with tonic. Finish with butterfly pea flower water.
