Mint-infused Los Poblanos Lavender Gin, Chareau, Lime, Grapefruit, Los Poblanos Lavender Simple Syrup, botanical garnish
2 ounces mint-infused Los Poblanos Lavender Gin
3/4 ounce Chareau
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
3/8 ounce Los Poblanos Lavender Simple Syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Cucumber wheel with basil and mint sprigs, for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Insert basil and mint sprigs into the cucumber wheel and slide onto rim of the glass.
