Chef & Shaker Dinner: Beam Suntory at Palace Prime

June 4, 6:30 PM and 7:15 PM seatings

This Chef & Shaker dinner from The Liquid Muse Events is presented by Palace Prime’s culinary and mixology teams with Bobby G Gleason, Master Mixologist for the Beam Suntory portfolio. There will be two seatings for this event, one at 6:30 PM in the Main Dining Room and one at 7:15 PM in the lounge and at the Bar Top.

The event will be a four-course cocktail and food-paired menu (menu published below). Tickets are available for $153.98 per person (plus the Eventbrite processing fee). This is a pre-paid event with reserved seating. However, another guest may book the open seat if the table is not fully booked. Chef & Shaker Dinner: Bacardi Portfolio at Sunset Terrace

June 5, 6:30–10 PM

This Chef & Shaker Dinner from The Liquid Muse Events is presented by SantaCafe’s celebrated Executive Chef Dale Kester, the Brand Ambassador mixology team from Bacardi, and the world-class service team from Coyote Cafe at the brand-new Sunset Terrace in downtown Santa Fe. 

During this four-course cocktail pairing experience guests will mingle on the covered brick terrace (weather permitting) to enjoy a refreshing welcome cocktail, passed hors d’oeuvre and live Spanish guitar. Then, everyone will be seated inside at elegant communal tables to enjoy the following courses together in Santa Fe style.
